Progressive Diarrhea in a Dog

A 1-year-old spayed pug presented with progressive diarrhea of approximately 6 weeks’ duration that was nonresponsive to antibiotic therapy. Cytology of a cytospin sample of peritoneal fluid revealed the cells in the figure below. Click here to read the whole case.
