Jeanne has an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology from Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois, and was credentialed as a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Dentistry in 2006. She is the dentistry technician at Tampa Bay Veterinary Specialists in Largo, Florida, and at The Pet Dentist of Tampa Bay in Wesley Chapel, Florida. She is also adjunct instructor for the BAS VT program in dentistry at St Petersburg College in St Petersburg, Florida.

Jeanne is the Dental Checkup Section Editor for Veterinary Technician journal and is a member and former officer of the Academy of Veterinary Dental Technicians—a NAVTA Specialty Group that certifies, trains, and mentors credentialed technicians to be specialists in dentistry.
