When I was creating or resetting my password, why did the screen say that it was too short?

Your password must be at least six characters long. You can enhance the strength of your password by adding uppercase letters, numbers, and/or symbols. However, as long as your password is at least six characters, it will be accepted by the system if you click “Update your password.”

How do I select a practice during registration?

Ensure that the mile range in the "Practices Within" field is wide enough, and then begin typing the name of your practice in the designated field. If the name of your practice appears, click "Select this practice" below the name. If your practice isn't listed, click "Tell us about it" at the bottom left of the screen, enter your practice's information, and click "Submit." To proceed with registration, click "Not affiliated with any practice?" at the top of the page.

How do I update my profile?

At the top of any main page, click "View Dashboard" beneath your name. Under the "My CE" tab, click the "Add CE Credit" or "Add License" button, fill in the fields, and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I add a specialty after my name?

At the top of any main page, click "View Dashboard" beneath your name. Under the "Profile" tab, scroll about halfway down the page and click the "Select your Specialties" drop-down menu beneath "Edit Board Specialties." Click to add a checkmark in the box next to each of your specialties and in the box next to "Display specialties in my profile" at the bottom left. Then click "Done" at the bottom right, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click "Save." Your specialty(ies) should now appear after your name on all pages.
